Athena manages third-party portfolios exclusively through private, individual mandates, arranged individually and privately and not offered publicly through this site. Until it obtains the applicable registrations, authorizations, and regulatory notices, it does not provide investment advisory, order routing, financial-instrument intermediation, custody, alternative trading systems, or other services regulated under Law No. 20.712 or Law No. 21.521 other than the portfolio management through individual mandates referred to above.

Any future advisory, research-with-recommendations, order-routing, intermediation, custody, alternative-trading-system, or execution-platform service will be offered only once Athena holds the registrations, authorizations, regulatory notices, contracts, and risk disclosures required under applicable regulation. Submitting the contact or register-interest forms is solely to register general interest or receive general, non-personalized communications; it does not create a client relationship, mandate, advice, fiduciary duty, account opening, reservation, or any commitment to provide regulated services.
